Challenge:
Etihad Airways (EY) asked Pegasus Aviation Advisors to prepare a strategic plan to align all its resources necessary to implement an ORAT program for the Abu Dhabi, (AUH), Midfield Terminal Project (MTB).

Solution:
Pegasus Aviation Advisors undertook a comprehensive review of the MTB plans and analysed a series of engagements/commitments that EY would be required to commit to an ORAT program including:

• Align customer services with service delivery

• Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for MTB

• Staff training and familiarization

• Delivery risk analysis

• Proposed participation and leadership structure

• Stakeholder engagement

Results:
The client received a comprehensive time-lined MTB ORAT Strategy that was presented to and accepted by EY senior management.
