Rod, based in UK, is the former Ground Operations Chief for Virgin Blue Aviation Group, Australia and he played a key role in the transformation of Virgin Australia. Rod was previously a key member of the British Airways ground operations senior management team.

Geoffrey, based in Australia, has spent over 30 years in civil aviation reorganisation, project management, team leadership, needs analyses, gap analyses, institutional strengthening, training plan development, capacity building and infrastructure development. He had over 20 years experience in the provision of ATS services, operations and Search & Rescue in the Australian Department of Civil Aviation. He has extensive experience in working in challenging cultural and environmental situations, has exceptional talent in networking and institutional strengthening in organisations, and has wide experience in dealing with managerial and operational staff gender-sensitivity issues in institutional strengthening. Geoff has led a number of significant institutional strengthening and re-organisation assignments in a number of countries.
