Graham Bland

Graham is based in the Middle-East and has spent over 35 years in various CXO levels of Program Consulting. Graham has a long and successful track-record in aviation and specifically in airport program management, in delivering developed solutions, creating new solutions to be delivered, and creating organizations to deliver these solutions to top-tier aviation businesses and clients involving large scale mega-airport programs. Graham has worked on the Solidarity Transport Hub Airport, Warsaw, Poland, where he was part of the management team. At Dublin Airport Authority, he was the Programme Director for the ‘South Apron Hub’ expansion programme responsible for establishing the governance framework and programme. Graham's aviation experience also includes managing the US$6Bn Abu Dhabi Airport expansion program as the programme Director and CDO, leading the programme management initiatives for the $6bn Airport Expansion project, including the Midfield Terminal Building.
