Justin Powell

Justin Powell is based in the U.S. and has more than 21 years of experience in aviation and airport development worldwide. His core experience has been in international airport development, including: strategic planning, public-private partnerships (P3), investor support, business planning, market analysis, traffic forecasting and corporate aviation development. Recently, Justin managed a new research initiative focused on the Future of Air Travel to identify and plan for future airport technologies and processes. Other projects included a North Asia new airport development plan (business plan and financial feasibility model), Fort Worth airport management study (for a multi-airport system), ongoing sell-side transaction advisory support for a Middle East airport P3 and corporate aviation development studies (business plan for a potential corporate aviation development in the U.S.).
