Is your Capital Program keeping you awake at night?

Most airports are typically engaged in major infrastructure capital programs once every five to ten years.  The development cycle is a long and demanding undertaking, starting with the airport master plan mapping the development program followed by detailed project scope, project design, project financing, stakeholder engagement and management processes.

The mission of airport management is to provide direction for airport growth, revenue enhancement and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all the facilities on the airport campus.  Airports are not normally organized for large-scale capital program delivery with internal project management departments (PMO) and thus rely on outsourced service providers such as program management teams, construction management and design engineering firms.

It is critical to establish sound governance for the delivery of a major capital program at the outset, with clear accountabilities and responsibilities within the airport management team, outsourced service providers and the stakeholder community.

Pegasus Aviation Advisors provides a hands-on approach, with the ability to provide independent advice and direction from a group of experts with major capital program experience, with a clear focus on value addition.
