Challenge:
Pegasus Aviation Advisors were asked by the CIO of Tarabot to provide a range of strategic airport planning services associated with the PPP of two regional airports in Saudi Arabia.

Solution:
Pegasus Aviation Advisors undertook a comprehensive review of plans and in close consultation with the client it:

• Reviewed the traffic forecasts, status of current facilities and GACA Minimum Technical Requirements (MTR)

• Reviewed proposed physical development plans and draft Master Plans

• Proposed enhancements to current facilities to improve service levels.

• Developed enhancements to the plans to improve investment profile

• Provided due diligence on the PPP proposals

• Support the PPP consortium through the bid process

Results:
Tarabot received “value-added” advice on a wide range of topics to enhance its bid.
